For the Purpose of These Terms Chek_the_Cheka includes the Company and any business / Companies linked to Chek_the_Cheka

Chek_the_Cheka use Certified and/or Trained People to Perform these Inspections. We Perform Inspections to the Reports Sent to you as the Customer to the best of Chek_the_Cheka and our Contractors Ability. Whilst All Care is Taken, we except no Liability for errors. 

You the Customer agree to the terms sent out in the Report you will Receive, these can be viewed by contacting us pre the inspection on 0400009024 or admin@Chek_the_Cheka.com.au

The Negotiator Package Includes the Compliance Chek and a Negotiator and is your best chance to get a successful outcome. Our Customer Satisfaction of this Package is Very High, however from time to time a successful outcome is not achieved due to circumstances out of our control.
